IN-LUX is a New Zealand supplier of premium 12-volt outdoor lighting, representing the European brand IN-LITE.

A contract is formed once your order is accepted, consistent with standard eCommerce practices .

  • All prices are listed in NZD unless stated otherwise
  • Prices may change without notice
  • Payment must be made in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates only
  • IN-LUX is not liable for delays outside our control
  • Risk passes to the customer once goods are delivered

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

8. Installation & Use

Products must be installed according to manufacturer guidelines.

IN-LUX is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect installation
  • Misuse of products
  • Damage caused by improper handling

9. Warranty

Our products may come with manufacturer warranties (e.g. IN-LITE warranty terms). in-lite only gives a 5-year warranty on fixtures and transformers when used in combination with in-lite cable. The use of non-in-lite components in the system voids the five-year warranty. 

Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Incorrect installation
  • Damage due to misuse

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including text, images, logos, and branding) is owned by or licensed to IN-LUX.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use content without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • IN-LUX is not liable for indirect or consequential losses
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the products supplied

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under NZ consumer law.
